Rules for incoming students

Before setting off

• Make sure that your University has sent your details to the Collegio Superiore's Administrative Office
• Inform the Collegio's Administrative Office of the dates of your arrival and departure.

Upon arrival in Bologna

• Register at the Residenza di Studi Superiori (Higher Studies Halls of Residence) (where you will be staying)
• Inform the Collegio Superiore's Administrative Office of your arrival and make an appointment.

When attending the appointment, bring with you a passport-sized photo and a photocopy of your identity document/passport. You will receive a Welcome Kit with everything you need to begin your experience as a guest of the Collegio Superiore.

Before returning home

• If you require any certificates or transcripts, the Collegio Superiore's Administrative Office can provide you with the certificates and transcripts pertaining to the studies completed at the Collegio that may be required by your University. Contact the Collegio Superiore's Administrative Office at least 10 days prior to your departure date and send the necessary documentation.

Students on the Erasmus+ programme

Students on the Erasmus+ programme must also follow the procedure laid down for all students coming to the University of Bologna on an exchange programme, which can be found on the Unibo website: Procedure for Erasmus students.
